  • The prices stated on the product pages include VAT and other price components.
  • DE: In addition to the prices stated, we charge a flat rate of 4.50 euros per order for delivery within Germany. Delivery is free of charge for orders valued at €30.00 or more.
  • EU: For shipping within the EU (int.) we charge € 15.00 for goods valued up to € 150.00 per order, for goods valued over € 151.00 per order delivery is free of charge.
  • Switzerland: Delivery to Switzerland costs up to a goods value of € 150.00 - € 19.90. For goods valued at € 151.00 or more, delivery is free of charge. Please note the customs tariffs in Switzerland when importing goods.
  • Please note that customs fees may apply for deliveries outside the EU.
  • The shipping costs will be clearly communicated to you on the product pages, in the shopping cart system and on the order page.
  • All other shipping options/prices - national and international that are not listed here will be calculated separately according to the value and weight of the goods.
  1. Delivery
    • Delivery within Germany is via DHL.
    • Delivery abroad is via UPS.
    • The delivery time is up to 6 days, internationally the delivery times can take longer. We indicate any different delivery times on the respective product page.

  2. payment
    • Payment is made in advance.
    • We deliver the goods after receipt of payment.

  3. retention of title
    The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.

  4. dispute resolution
    The EU Commission has created an internet platform for online dispute resolution. The platform serves as a contact point for the out-of-court settlement of disputes concerning contractual obligations arising from online sales contracts. Further information is available at the following link: http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr . We are willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board to settle disputes with consumers or are obliged to do so in accordance with XXX (state the legal norm or contractual agreement). The responsible consumer arbitration board is: Universal Arbitration Board of the Federal Center for Arbitration eV, Straßburger Straße 8, 77694 Kehl am Rhein, www.verbraucher-schlichter.de. To settle the disputes mentioned, we will participate in a dispute resolution procedure before this body.
