Half linen is a quality feature for kitchen textiles!
The majority of our kitchen textiles are made of half-linen. This means that the material consists of 55% linen and 45% cotton.
This material composition makes our kitchen and pit towels particularly hard-wearing and durable. Linen is a particularly robust material and cotton makes the towel soft and absorbent. This means that our kitchen towels can be used in a variety of ways in the kitchen and at home - polishing glasses, drying dishes, touching hot pots or drying hands. There are no limits to the towel's uses!
Care and Washing
Wash up to 60°C
drum drying at low temperature
ironing at high temperatures
Kitchen towels can shrink up to 10% depending on the weave
No lint after a few washes
Standard 100 by Oeko-Tex®
All our products are Standard 100 by Oeko-Tex® certified. There are many reasons why it is important that textiles are Standard 100 by Oeko-Tex® certified. One of the main reasons is safety for the consumer. The certificate guarantees that there are no harmful chemicals in the product and therefore no health risks. Furthermore, the certificate also contributes to environmental protection. The production of textiles can have a significant impact on the environment - from the production of raw materials to the disposal of the final product. Compliance with certain standards ensures that these impacts are minimized. Another important factor is social responsibility in the production process. This means, among other things, fair working conditions and fair wages for everyone involved in the supply chain - from the cotton picker to the seamstress. By carrying the certificate, companies can convince their customers that they not only want to produce high-quality products, but also pay attention to sustainability and fulfill their social responsibility.
